PLEASE NOTE: All injection and IV Hydration therapies require you to be at least 18 years of age.
Step 1.
Print and fill out your intake forms to bring with you to your appointment.
This will save you time during your visit. If you are unable to print your forms in advance, we will provide them to you when you arrive. Please arrive at least 15 mins prior to your appointment time if you aren’t able to fill your forms out in advance.
Step 2.
Create your account and book your appointment.
Click the Continue to Booking System button to begin creating your account. Once your account is created, you can select the therapy you wish to book. If you are a returning visitor, you can simply log in and select your therapy and book your appointment.
Step 3.
Bring your pre-filled intake forms and arrive a few mins before your appointment time.
